Who am I?
At the crossroads of voice, music and personal development
The voice has always been at the heart of my universe. Fascinated by singing and its links with human expression, I have explored a variety of paths that combine music, languages and personal development. From an early age, learning languages enabled me to practice listening, imitation and the musical pleasure of sounds. This curiosity for human beings and their evolution also led me to study personal development coaching, another facet of my passion for guidance and self-discovery.
After several years in a multinational company, where I enriched my understanding of human relations through positions in Human Resources and Marketing, I felt the need to refocus on my true aspirations: music, the voice and connecting with others. It was at the École de la Voix in Annecy that I found a training program combining vocal art, personal development, psychology and openness to oneself and the world.
Today, I'm a voice art therapist, offering individual singing lessons and vocal coaching, as well as workshops combining voice, body, music and self-expression. My approach is based on exploring the sung or spoken voice, in close connection with the body. Each session begins with body and vocal preparation, as I'm convinced that the voice cannot flourish without body awareness.
Inspired by methods such as Roy Hart Theatre, the Feldenkrais technique, Sound Yoga and François Louche's Art of Listening, I accompany each individual in the discovery of their vocal potential. Whether it's a question of building self-confidence, freeing the voice, or experimenting with new vocal experiences, my aim is to create a space for self-fulfilment and expression.
